Ps. 55:4
My heart is sore pained within me …

Symptoms of sickness can be demonic.

We should thank God for hospitals, doctors, and medicines, but at the same time we must be aware that the evil spiritual world may attack our physical bodies with symptoms or sickness. Parts of our physical sufferings are no doubt caused by demons.

With our friend’s permission we will share two experiences he has had.

Our friend had problems with his knees for many years, and the doctor’s diagnosis was, they were worn out. His knees were swollen and our friend had severe pain. One time when he asked an evangelist to pray for him, the evangelist commanded demons of disease to leave, and our friend saw two demons leave his knees. From that moment on his knees were totally healed and without pain.

The other experience our friend had after coming home from Africa. He and his family were missionaries there for several years, and they got some kind of infection. Our friend’s arm was swollen double the original size and when someone pressed the arm there would be deep marks left for some time. The doctors prescribed a strong penicillin cure, but nothing helped. When he came home to Sweden, his Christian friend commanded spirits of sickness to leave. The swelling disappeared, and the arm became normal. But that was not all that happened. The infection left all of his family at the same time.

We need to become more aware of what the evil spirits can do to our bodies. King David had problems with his heart, and our friend had problems with his knees and arm, but demonic attacks can manifest in many different ways.
