Scripture:

Ps. 145:12
To make known to the … glorious majesty of his kingdom.

Comment:

In the previous part, we said that we are called to make known God’s mighty acts, and that we do that by releasing His acts power.
In this part we will have a look at the last of the scripture. There the kingdom of God is talked about. So, what then does “the kingdom of God” mean? We can define it as the rulership of God.

How does God rule here on earth? The answer is, through us, the believers. Jesus, who has received all power in heaven and on earth, has given His authority to those who have received Him as their Saviour.

Matt. 28:18
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

John 1:12
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

(The word ’power’ in John 1:12 is the Greek word exousia, meaning authority)

When we allow God to rule through us, there is restoration. That is a way to make known the glorious majesty of God’s kingdom.
